Welcome to my page! My name is Jonathan and I am a chef with over a decade of experience. I have worked at many different establishments from high end fine dining restaurants to working in a regional training and development role within a large catering company with a footprint across South Africa.

If I could describe myself as a chef I won't use that old cliche of being "passionate about food" because if we being honest that should just be a standard in our industry, what I would say is that I look at myself as an artist, and I always try to showcase my work on my "ceramic canvas". I strive to deliver more than just a plate of food, but also to create great memories and bring moments of joy to those I serve.
